Belle event - outerwear
For day 8 of the Belle's Wardrobe Fashion Event at Beauty from Inside, I thought it would be fun to include a post of Belle-ish outerwear. Here are my finds thus far -
(broadcloth cloak, neck handkerchief)
I like the scarlett cloak a great deal- it looks almost identical to one of the cloaks that Belle was shown wearing! I think that the neck handkerchief looks like another apparel piece Belle might have worn in the cold winters in France.
(gown jacket, linen apron)
When I saw the gown jacket below, I couldn't help but think of Belle riding her horse through the woods. It may be for a gown, but it looks a lot like riding clothes to me. The apron is something that I could very easily see Belle wearing as well, though perhaps with a slightly lower waistline.
