I have just realized that I will be gone from this hell hole in four days! In some ways that number is extremely comforting, but in the context of exams it makes me want to vomit! I was going to take one today but well that is not happening. SO three on Monday and one on Tuesday AND my eight page paper for Tolliver!
But soon, of yes very soon, it will all be over. Instead of going mad here I can go mad in the comfort of my own 16x80 mobile home right next to the meth motel! So either way I am going to go MAD!!! I wonder who will take care of me when I have my mental breakdown?
mad doctors: Mad doctors were the caretakers of the "insane". These "doctors" came from a variety of backgrounds, therefore they could be a doctor, clergy men/women,family, etc. During the enlightenment there was a shift in who took care of these individuals. The Great Confinement saw the transition of mad doctors from being anyone willing to take on the duty to a scientific study by doctors and scientists.
Well that definition from Lynn's class really seems appropriate right now. There will be a Great Confinement in Chattanooga, Tennessee over the break. I wonder if my mom, my brother, and I all share a room, do we get a discount?
