As for the materialistic world we live in, it's quite rediculous. I mean, I also come from a family that can't afford to buy fancy things, my family, my mom in particular, is happy with what she has. Remember when we watched that horrible tv series about the 16 year old? I was so sickened...because there are many people out there like that, who think they "need" these things. In the end, the things you need are simple really. What you need is gratitude for what you have, friends and family who love you, and memories. Not big fancy, expensive things; material things will always end up broken and gone and we're left with each other. People have lost that because as human nature, we compete. Compete for bigger and better things and that has divided us. This all starting back when horticulture began...haha...thank you anthropology. When people actually gained onwership of things, it's said that agriculture and mass production is and will forever be our greatest downfall...Who knows...Just do like you said. Remember who you are and don't judge others for what they have but who they are...Ok, I'm going to stop writing this long comment. I will see you tonight...hopefully!
