Dr. James Watson, winner of a Nobel Prize in 1962, stated in October that people of African descent are predisposed to be less intelligent than people of European descent. In the past, he has also said that mothers should be given the option to abort homosexual babies, that genetic screening should be used to eliminate "stupidity," and that genetic manipulation should be used to "[make] all girls pretty."
This is a man who helped discover the structure of DNA. This is Watson-Crick Watson. How can someone so brilliant be so... reprehensible?
...but here's the punch line: Watson is one of two people who have published their entire sequenced genome online. Someone analyzed it, and it turns out that wonderful Dr. Watson is 16% BLACK. AND 9% ASIAN.
