1. Epik High
Since I got this for both, I decided to merge it... um wow. I still don't know how I managed to get so deep into the fandom. There was a time not too long ago I considered myself a "casual" fan and have been a casual fan for a few years... but clearly that's not the case anymore. I sometimes fear of coming off as a BNF in the fandom because of my communities and my frequent comments at the epik_high comm, 'cause... I like fandom and being a fan but being too deep into it causes problems. Then again I'm pretty well known in the AKFG and 9mm fandoms so maybe I should shut up.
Even though I'm mainly a Tablo fan to the nth degree and never shut up about him, I... almost... consider my favourite to actually be DJ Tukutz. 'Cause he needs more air time or he's just going to end up being Epik High's imaginary member. T__T And I'm thoroughly annoyed with people flocking to Tablo because "OMGGGGG SUPERIOR WRITING HE'S FROM STANFORD" and him being the centre of Epik High when I consider Mithra and Tukutz equally important and I want to see more of them too... and I don't think people should like an artist simply because the singer has brains and can write well, you should like them for their music. UH WOW that turned into a rant.

Ahahahahhaaaaa T__T I got into k-pop through Nell, Peterpan Complex, Roller Coaster, etc. off someone on Soulseek, doubled with what I found off MP3 rotations -- Cherry Filter was what really got me into them. Mind you this was back in 2004. Or even 2003?!? I know I discovered / listened to Shinhwa that year. They were my first Asian boyband, no joke.

Where I grew up, obviously. I've lived here my entire life and I kind of want to leave this wretched city and it doesn't help I really don't have a ton of friends (what, did it recently grow from 1 local friend to... 2?!?! Cue getting defriended by the #2 person...) and my best friend lives in Oshawa.

I like making icons but I've gotten really lazy and haven't been doing it nearly as much, AKA I PROBABLY SUCK COMPARED TO MOST PEOPLE'S STANDARDS NOW... there was a time I was part of the super upper-class though.
5. Video games
Ummm I've loved video games since I was first old enough to pick up a controller and it all started with Super Mario Bros. on the NES at a neighbour's house. I pretty much screamed when I got my first NES when I was 6 because it was my heart's desire for so long... then I got into Kid Icarus (I FORGOT I OWNED THAT GAME UNTIL I PLAYED IT ON SSBB), some racing games I loved but don't remember the name of, Kirby... I played a lot but I don't remember a lot of names. I watched Video & Arcade Top 10 growing up religiously. Getting consoles as a present growing up were ALWAYS my favourite and I'm not even kidding either... when my mom got a Wii last year I pretty much did an internal scream then too (but considering my age I would've sounded like an ass). AKA they've been the centre of my life since the age of 4. I'm still not tired of them... I don't think I'll ever "outgrow" it like my parents hope.
My first internet fandom was Golden Sun and RPGs (I googled Golden Sun one day and found a message board... it was a revelation for me. It excited me so much I joined and made like 40 posts in one day... not even kidding...), followed by Kingdom Hearts ... then I got into Asian music but aside from that, then Final Fantasy, my next fandom was Katamari Damacy, then it was Shadow of the Collosus. And now it's Persona. OMG PERSONAAAAAAA!!!
6. Minwoo
I should just sum up my thoughts of him from this chatlog I saved to post to LJ later:

7. Seo Taiji Ahahaha should I classify him as my first Korean soloist / rock artist? I discovered him when I was still getting into J-rock yeaaars ago. Someone uploaded Ultramania and I thought it was HORRIBLE. But I felt bad 'cause I liked his image and aura and everything. But I just couldn't like his music no matter how hard I tried. I thought for the longest time he was overrated. Then like, last year I re-downloaded F.M Business and we've gotten along musically since. I FUCKING LOVE T'IK T'AK. SEO TAIJI, WE BOTH SHARE A LOVE FOR THE MOAI ON EASTER ISLAND. sjshsjkahkas.

In fact my favourite AKFG song is "Rojiura no Usagi / Back-Alley Bunny". And my favourite AKFG album is "Fanclub" with a picture of the Moon Bunny Princess on there (gtfo Sailor Moon). So it works out. :3
