On a more depressing note, despite our ex-district manager and our new district manager both giving us the go-ahead to close the store for a couple of hours for Sabrina's funeral, corporate caught word of it and said No. Heaven forbid we lose a couple bucks to mourn a murdered co-worker. Luckily, I think they're going to send people from another store to take over while we go, but I'm pretty sure at least someone from our store will have to be there. I know this company sucks, but sometimes I'm truly amazed at how insensetive they can be.
Also, the funeral might be Saturday, in which case I can't really go to Sac. Hopefully I'll know by the time I get off work at 3:00, so that Brian and I can still get down there before it gets too dark and the roads get too icy.
Other than that, I'm thirsty and it's bed-time.
