Bureaucracy alive and well in Wisconsin
The local news media have been having a field day with this one: there's road construction around Green Lake, WI. (Surprise!) Traffic has been rerouted. The locals know they can take back roads and cut through the town of Princeton (the Princeton businesses are reportedly delighted to see them), but the rest of the world is sent on a FIFTY-MILE DETOUR so they won't have to go off on those unreliable county roads.
