Lay-offs Today
There's nothing in the news that it's going to happen today, but the rumor is that there will be lay-offs today. I should be safe, but wish me luck anyways. :)
I just need to back up data from my laptop now.

Nope, I didn't get laid off, but a bunch of people did. Apparently it was performance-based. So they worst performers got 3-4 months severance plus full vesting for their stock options. I should have slacked off.
