Allies of Xel’lotath Reunited
Who: Pious Augustus, and Dimentio
What: Pious has escaped, injured from a chest wound and electric shocks AU Cloney Hei inflicted (although Pious has no knowledge that there is more than one version of Hei). He meets up with an old colleague who once served alongside him to do what Xel’lotath wishes.
When: Just after Pious had his fun toying and trolling with Cloney.
Where: To the far north of town, outdoors, on the way to a hideaway of Pious’s.
Warnings?: None. They’re just going to discuss some things. >:3
Pious pressed a bony hand against the puncture in his chest to suppress the bleeding. He hissed in pain, and then chuckled to himself. The poor fool, he is confused. The Nexus has done a number on his mind, no mistake about that!
Where did Hei get those sharp, and interesting weapons from? The Liche could not stop himself from pondering about it. If only he could have had a bit more time to break the Contractor down, to peep into his mind with his and find out for himself-at a later time. There would always be another time! During the next time he'd see the Contractor, he would surely make that man suffer a good long while before he’d feed his corpse to some of his god’s creatures.
As Pious limped onwards to a hideout where he would be able to heal himself, he sensed someone coming this way. He reached psychically with his own mind out of self interest, and then slowly smirked to himself.
Before the Nexus had claimed Xel’lotath, her creations, and Pious himself, they had met an interesting individual, a jester who had some interesting powers as he offered his services to the Mistress.
Pious remembered Dimentio very well, and it was disappointing to have been separated from him, at the city of Infinity.
The Liche stopped and waited for him to come around. If he wasn’t so drained and wounded, he would have had the strength to summon one of the Guardians right this instant, to tell Mistress Xel’lotath of the news. She would be pleased and content to know the jester had arrived.
