Greetings, 2012
I don't have my extra icons any more so I'm in the process of deleting them all and sorting out which ones I want around. In the mean time, I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years!
I ended up going over my friend's house and it was lovely. Got to spend time with my friends and one of their new born babies. He's only like 3 weeks old. He just slept and drooled on my chest <3
And then I got home and SHERLOCK. It's late so I think I'm going to have to write up my thoughts tomorrow. But while there are thoughts, there are mostly FEELINGS. Holy crap.
Also, I always want to do a round-up of my fandom loves from the previous year, but I have such a crappy sense of time. What happened a year ago, to me, feels like 5 years ago. I started writing things down last January in preparation, but laziness and depression got the best of me.
I can't remember all the TV I watched, though the biggest highlights were probably Doctor Who, Merlin, NCIS, The Big Bang Theory, That Mitchell and Webb Look, Would I Lie to You?, White Collar, Psych, Suits, Defying Gravity, Community, Once Upon a Time, Hot in Cleveland, and Sherlock. Red Dwarf is also making quite a comeback. As well it should.
Movie highlights: Murder by Decree, The King's Speech, Paul, Plan 9 From Outer Space, Thor, X-Men: First Class, Captain America, Third Star, Plan B, Penelope, Good Dick, Drive, Sherlock: A Game of Shadows, Dragons: Gift of the Night Fury, and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (this movie gave me surprise feelings and now I need to read the book).
Fandom crushes: Ryan Gosling, Benedict Cumberbatch, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Ikuta Toma, Chris Hardwick, Wil Wheaton, David Mitchell, Ginnifer Goodwin, Jessie J. and probably many others I can't remember right now.
