A pair of weirdos
I'm never around these days. Work and sleep. Work and sleep. Plus a little bit of feeling down and just meh. I did get this shirt in the mail though :D
I also saw my friends the other weekend and that was really nice. Still haven't been to my dad's to celebrate my bday though. Sister had homecoming and too many plans. It's weird because she's such a 'normal' 16 year old with friends and plans and I... was not.
Anyhoo, in fandom news:
The most recent episode of The Big Bang Theory made me all ~emotional. But that tends to happen whenever Sheldon gets all woobie. Psych was HILARIOUS. Everyone was fantastic, seriously. I love anytime Lassiter loosens up a bit and acts like a child (like hitting Shawn with a towel) or whenever they're on the same side. Or whenever Shawn offers to spoon/hug/show any kind of affection to Lassie. Or whenever Shawn gives an impassioned speech that actually gets to Lassiter. 'Baby Thor!' And LOL to Shawn explaining a gay couple to Lassiter. Clearly, my focus lies with them but everyone was hilarious.
And Merlin - This pretty much sums it up XD

I loved Merlin's excuses for being in Arthur's chambers while he was sleeping. I loved Arthur's confused, quiet, just-woke-up voice when he asked what Merlin was doing. I loved Merlin climbing over Arthur while he was still asleep. I didn't love the knights being kind of jerks to Merlin, even if they did end up saving him a bowl. I mean Merlin was Gwaine's only friend. Sure, he's a part of something more now, but can't really see him being that cruel to Merlin. And Arthur can stop being a prick. He's doing better, but it still urks me. Though I loved when he stopped Merlin from running into that trap and pulled him against the wall when what's-his-name was shooting arrows at them. I also really loved that for quite a bit of the time, Merlin was leading the quest. Mission. Thing. I try to think of Arthur acting like a prat as his 'manly' way of showing affection to Merlin. But the reality of how important Merlin is to Arthur is shown in instances like that, where Arthur actually listens to Merlin or follows him. Or the fact that Merlin magically pantsed Arthur while he was in a very important meeting and then proceeded to tackle him to the ground 'helping' him put his pants back on but wasn't put in the stocks or executed. How many kings would let their servants could get away with that?
And the baby!dragon!!! Colin was brilliant once again. His excitement and wonder at seeing a dragon hatching was beautiful. I love that Kilgharrah continues to slash Merlin and Arthur, telling Merlin that the white dragon means good things for them and the land they will build together. It's their baaaaaaabbbbbbbyyyyyyyy. I kind of wish it had been female though.
