So... low-fat, healthy snacks aren't quite so low-fat or healthy if you eat the whole package at once right? When there's at least 7 servings in there.
That's why I eat Weight Watchers crisps, my favorite are salted hoops. Virtually no sugar and fat, tastes great and you actually feel you ate something.
But I also discovered B&J Frozen Yogurts range, which translates into - I can eat 3 times as much ice cream now :D:D:D:D:D:D:D ^^;
