Hiya
Ok nothing really happening. Except that I'm supposed to be out working on putting together the set for The Real Inspector Hound, but Rob forgot/didn't know that I needed to get to the build for 9am. He woke me up when he got up at 6am and said that I could give him a ride to work, but I'd gone to bed at 3am so that was not an option. I was too tired to even move. So when I woke back up later I e-mailed Barry LaRue and explained what happened and apologized. Mom's with Dolly and I can't wait till she gets home cause then I don't have to worry about driving myself she can take me and pick me up.
So I do believe everyone knows my affinity for Formula 1 racing. Some may know my affinity for one driver Juan Pablo Montoya. And some may even remember me going crazy cause he went to Nascar... the form of racing I HATE!!! Well to surprise everyone I actually watched part of a NASCAR race today and it didn't kill me. Though not too long after Montoya was out with engine problems I changed the channel. Montoya started 16 and in approx. 11 laps he was in the top 8. But his engine had to say fuck you. I think he would have done really well. I thought it was funny though, Montoya knew that something was wrong with the engine and thought it was going to go Kablamo so he went to the inside of the track so that if it did it wouldn't spray oil all over the track. One of the announcers mentioned this and then mentioned that his engine was still running (just not right) so it obviously wasn't going to blow. I kinda laughed and said, "but in Formula 1 that engine would have blown. So he did what he thought he needed to."
I still hate NASCAR but I will be watching a few more races to continue to watch how Montoya does. Actually he races again tomorrow but I won't be home to watch it and i'm not setting it up to record on TiVo cause that would just take up too much hard drive space and I probably wouldn't watch it any way.
