the International Space Station breaks the Mir record for continuous human presence in space. the ISS will celebrate 10 years in space on the 31st. the final flight of Space Shuttle Discovery (STS-133) will launch on November 1st.

so I open my inbox this morning (I'm about to head off to work in a few minutes) and there's an e*mail from American Apparel. apparently someone sent me a giftcard. so I check it out, and it's from my parents, saying it's a belated grad present.
