good things come
last night was beth's pizza party! girls only, complete with pizza, chips, soda, alcohol, and dirt pudding! then we went to karaoke where me beth and lizzy totally killed with our rendition of Crazy Train. i think we should start an all-girl rock cover band.
good things are happening. or, rather, things that have been happening, are beginning to get good.
-i'm ahead of schedule for my degree project. it's all production/construction (aka. print.cut.paste.) now. its great to see the pieces coming together. it looks a bit amatuer, but hey thats what happens when you rely on google images. but to be fair, i am an amateur. my horoscope told me not to feel like people expect me to do amazing things when i'm really still quite unexperienced.
-friend time has been awesome lately. i often get caught up trying to hang with new people who end up sucking. its good to get back to the good ones. the ones who i can feel comfortable around while acting like a crazy lunatic at karaoke bars.
-my dad kept pressing me for answers about when i plan to move to san francisco, and i was being doubtful because thats how i was feeling last week. with my mom saying things like "we'll see how your financial situation is". but then my dad suprised me with "i'm asking if you want to move there in the fall, because i want to pay for it as a graduation present." THANKS DAD!
i need to be the best daughter in the world, because i'm beginning to see how much my parents spoil me.
i need to take a shower.
