Chain mail anklet

So I've decided to follow joyfulfeather's lead and start making chain mail jewelry. In order to play around with it and see if I enjoyed it enough, I picked up some cheap jump rings at Michael's, a couple pairs of pliers at Joann's, and played around a little with the Byzantine pattern from the chain mail book joyfulfeather loaned me for the weekend.

Thank you!! It's definitely a fun hobby, and I think I'll be putting my own order for rings in at some point this weekend!

Thanks! I'm planning on doing a copper necklace with the same weave, once the rings I ordered come in. It should look even better then - the rings I'm using are a little too large for the weave to be as tight as it should be.
