Finally
I discovered i can still hurdle. I'm still in jured but im running alot better then i was earlier because of it, and its all because of that knee brace. The leauge championship is saturday at andover. Instead of running the 110H like i was originally supposed to, he moved me to the 300H, which i love. I can't see myself running the prelims, semies, then finals all for the 110H's, my knees can't take it.
