Hiking in Red River Gorge
Oh, one more thing about hiking in Red River Gorge. At one point we stopped and soaked our feet in one of the streams we crossed. When we were ready to continue on, we found out we couldn't dry our feet off.
They were so cold, as soon as we dried them, moisture in the air would condense back on them and they'd be just as wet as when we pulled them out of the stream. We had to wait a couple of minutes until they warmed back up, to be able to dry them off...
