This is the third installment in my photographic journey of 2009! It's been quite a year, although I hadn't noticed just how much had happened until I looked back. Some things are the same and some things are radically different. Overall, though, I'm quite happy.

September
September involved seeing a lot of friends, which was nice!
There were also parties, one of which took place at Nick's house.
September had pretty scenery, too. Nick and I have been making a thing out of going to small towns in the area and exploring them a little bit.
Nick and his roommates enjoy going to pub trivia; I have occasionally accompanied them. This is one of the dollar store goodies that comes in the prize bags.
Guelph is where John McCrae (the author of the "In Flanders Fields" poem) was born and raised, so I have spent a couple of afternoons wandering the yard and taking pictures of the monument.
October
At John McCrae's house again, only this time I came with Nick.
For Halloween, I was Leela from Futurama. It was sort of a last minute costume.
We sure do love sparklers.
This is the pumpkin I made for my house (it's Mario, sort of).

November
Snow! One of the first snowfalls of the autumn, I think. The first one I took a picture of, anyway.
For my mum's birthday, we went walking along the beach in Toronto. It was lovely.
And then I celebrated my birthday!
December
In December, we went shopping in Toronto.
I finally met my cousin's baby as well! She was born earlier in the year and is the sweetest-tempered baby I've ever seen.
OH, and also I saw the Olympic torch being carried through Hamilton but I haven't got my pictures of it on this computer.
Christmas happened and it was lovely.
And that's been my year, up until now! New Year's plans are hectic, as always, but I'm looking forward to seeing my friends again.
I hope everyone has a great New Year's Eve!
