Last night, I fell asleep watching Conan, and this is nothing new, of course. However, it should be noted that I was woken up at 5:00am when Alex, my younger brother, attempted to flop down on the couch and crushed my neck instead. I quickly found out that the family was going outside to look for a space station and my mum announced, "We're not waiting for you," before slamming the door. Instead of going up to my bed like a rational person, I dug out my 13-ft. scarf and charged into the backyard, sliding down the hill and smacking into the nearly-invisible wire fence. This is me being clever at 5:30am. A short while later, Alex and I went up to Tim Hortons, passing an out-of-place deer along the way, and bought some cookies and a bagel from a grumpy old woman who gave us an icy cold "are-you-impoverished-orphans-what-are-you-doing-here" sort of stare. We went home and I did things slightly backwards by drinking a cup of coffee and dive bombing my pillow at 6:30am. There was a point to all of this, but to be perfectly honest, I can't remember what it was.
The past few days have been stress multiplied by anxiety. I hate exams. :( But 2 down, 3 to go! No exams for about 9 days. AND DOCTOR WHO ON SATURDAY, A;FLKJ;kjf.
vandonovan did a drabble meme (he wrote
Sam/Chris for me, aww) and I'm going to do it too, because I haven't written anything for ages, and also because I have a bit of free time in between now and the 20th.
So! DRABBLE MEME.
The first 10 people to comment on this post get to request a drabble (real drabble: 100 words exactly) from you. In return, they have to post this in their journal and write a drabble for you. Post all fandoms you're willing to write for. (this is optional; you don't HAVE to do it in return, but it would be cool if you did)
Your friends can pick a relationship, a story arc, a missing scene, or pretty much anything they want, unless the author has previously mentioned that they will not write it. They comment with what they want, and you write drabbles and post it in your LiveJournal.
Please try to include some sort of prompt/theme/plot you want in the drabble. And I'll happily write non-shippy stuff, too. Feel free to make suggestions.

And now I'm off to mail
opiumgaze some David Tennant, borrow some Miyazaki from
bombay101, and then go into my first official evening of work because I was scheduled for TONIGHT, not LAST NIGHT. Apparently, my notice about having an exam meant nothing to the managers.
P.S. all episodes of Life On Mars are
HERE. I cannot recommend it enough, omg. :(
