Rose
[i really should start writing more]
so there i was
standing in the tdx stairwell, minding my own business
and this drunk sorority girl with beautiful red hair and far too much energy for her own good came stumbling through the door
she greeted the others in the stairwell, then looked at me and said "i dont know who you are"
me, being drunk and therefore emboldened, say the first thing that came to my head: "well would you like to?"
and that was the moment that mike and rose officially met
then they had many wonderful, yet random and ridiculous, adventures
they road on a viking 'ship' through the streets, harassing innocents bystanders with vulgar language and incomprehensible viking helmets
then they feasted on hamburgers, ravenous as they were
so ravenous that they nearly broke down the doors of the local burger eatery
perhaps this was due to their grumpiness
since they had both slept little. and were both quite hungover
for the previous night they had embarked on a journey through the frigid nights
all to reach the International House of Pancakes
where mike accidentally--or maybe on purpose--took rose's food
yet kindly shared his last piece of bacon
even though he loves bacon a lot. this only shows how much he wanted to court his new red-headed paramour
besides their adventures in eating, mike and rose did many other fun things that fateful weekend
they texted each other throughout the day, hinting at the fact that they wanted to nap with each other
though they did not, this only heightened their anticipation to see each other again
later that evening, mike was enjoying the company of friends at a small party
while the drinks were strong and the music was bumpin', he still couldnt stop thinking about when his new interest would arrive
his heart fell when she informed him that she wasn't sure she would come after all
but with the same intensity as he was disappointed, he was just as elated when his elder brother told him that a girl calling herself 'rose' was indeed at the party
spotting her in a beautiful red plaid dress, he surprised her with a hello. he jokingly scolded her for lying to him, unable to hide the joy that she was actually their before his eyes
then they drank a lot and got wawa
not knowing what the future would hold for them, mike and rose flirted and shared intimate moments, while wondering whether this could be something more
the evil roommate interrupted their bliss, forcing them to take refuge on the couch downstairs
where mike realized that this girl, rose, was the greatest cuddler--and kisser--he had ever met
they spent an amazing night together. and made even more amazing due to the fact that they didnt even do it! (can you believe that?? jeez, i thought they would do it by now...)
in the morning, they got tacos. i think. something like that
sunday is not as memorable. because mike and rose didn't really do much that day. but mike decided that he would stay for one more day in the land of williamsburg
he could not simply abandon this wonderful lady he had met
also, he wanted to drink many mugs of ale at the local tavern
but anyway
the next day, mike picked rose up in his really awesome car and they ate some delicious sandwiches
well, mike's was delicious. rose got tuna. ew
then they saw a film. and it was like kind of about them? anyway, it was surprisingly good and they were the only ones in the theater
so they could talk and laugh and throw popcorn at each other
and really enjoy their time together
which is hard to do at the movies sometimes! because you're supposed to be quiet and shit and not disrupt other people
but it was the greatest movie date mike had ever been on
then they went to an awesome comic book store that rose didnt know about, because, lets face it, sometimes mike is just better than her
despite threatening rain clouds, mike and rose went to the beach. because they are cheesy and they do things like that
they found a secluded area and totally....
just kissed a little
it was nice
then they got all wet and sandy, and rose had to be returned to her home
i mean, the campus center
mike, unfortunately, had to leave. but he did so not with sadness, but with an invincible smile
because he had in fact asked rose out. and then they spent almost every hour of the following days talking to each other and getting to know each other
and some say, that even to this very day, that mike and rose are happily dating. and that they're going to see each other again very soon
