Damn it. Diz got promoted. Now I have to throw her a party.
Why couldn't that bitch have waited until after my un-birthday. She'll totally out-do whatever I do, and the party I threw will still be fresh in everyone's minds to compare to, so no one will remember I throw good parties with good booze, they'll remember she throws good parties with good booze, nevermind that half the time, she has me get the booze.
At least I know she'll appreciate it, and my birthdays, regardless of if they fell on a year that the actual day occurred or not, always rocked when she organized the party. I'll get started on the guest list, not tell her what I'm doing. She always hates surprise parties.
