Post but once on a holiday?

What's wrong with me? But I did spend most of the day, as promised, with Oscar Wilde. I just started the "Disgrace" section of Ellman's biography, and find myself reluctant to finish it. I suppose it's only natural to want to remember someone at the top of their game, even though what brought Wilde to his disgrace hardly seems disgraceful to me.

I'm now a week away from my book sale, and since all of the planning and organization has been taken care of for months, I can now focus my attention on all that remains: the wardrobe. Should I dress myself as identifiably and stereotypically librarian? The bun? The sensible shoes? Myself, I'm inclined to dress to blend into the background, and lurk unnoticed until my expertise and wit is called upon. I like to tread that graduate student/person in charge line. I discomfit. It's my niche.
