Wow, Tuesday.
Otherwise known as Weekly Geology day. It doesn't seem too bad so far, but I think the scheduling might try my patience every now and then. I have The Dynamic Earth at 10:30 in the morning. The lab happens at 3:00 and goes until 5:00 in the afternoon. This isn't going to be difficult by any stretch, but man do I have a lot of free time. If anyone can think of mischevious things I can do during a four hour break please write me. Also, if anyone feels the need to hang out on campus, i am totally here most of the time now. OU whooo!
I like this geology class so far, the teacher gave me a better understanding of chemistry in one day than my highschool chem teacher gave me in an entire year. Granted, I didn't care back then, but I think I could have absorbed a little more. The class is good, but the title kind of bugs me. It seems like a new age infomercial or a Discovery channel special. I picture Leonard Nimoy narrating. "Imagine the dendritic fingers of a 200 year old elm tree. Imagine a mother mouse give birth to its first child. Imagine the Colorado river gently etching itself into what is now the grand canyon over the course of 10 gagillion years. Imagine all this, THE DYNAMIC EARTH!"
Best fucking documentary ever. Anywho, I should probably make my way over to the la bore a tory. ---Tron2.0
