Your moment of Zen
I'm not gonna name names, but I already got the comedy gold for Monday right on the phone at work:
Her: "I just got in, I'm looking at my laptop, do I have to turn this thing on?"
Me: "did you turn it off?"
Her: "yeah"
Her: "Ok and how do I do that."
Me: "Um...you open the lid and press the power button."
Her: "And I have to do this every time?"
Me: "...yes...?"
I was really tempted to tell her that computers have not advanced to the stage of telepathic-cybernetic interfaces yet, but I actually like having a job.
