Claims for Artists and Mixers;

Jun 26, 2012 13:06

Well, it seems that things have not gone so smoothly this year. Due to a considerable amount of drop outs and about 15 people just not bothing to submit/drop out, there were only three people who actually handed in their rough drafts. This is rather disheartening, and I don't know if this is just a super busy year for everyone or what, but maybe a few more entries would have been nice :/

Anyway. We're still going to carry on with the three that we have! Thank you to those who actually did get their work in, and well done! So...ON WITH THE CLAIMS!

See HERE for a reminder of artist/mixer rules, or to sign up if you haven't done so already and would like to take part!

To claim a summary, please do so in the following way:

eg if I were claiming...
#1 - Art
lover_of_alex@hotmail.com (YOUR e-mail)
or
#1 - Mix
lover_of_alex@hotmail.com (YOUR e-mail)

If you have signed up to be and artist AND a mixer, please only claim for one media AT THE MOMENT. I will open up double claims and oppertunites for people to do art as well as mixes once everything has been claimed for something.

If a summary has been bolded, it has been claimed for art!
If a summary is in italics, it has been claimed for a mix!
If a summary is bolded AND in italics, then it has been claimed for both and is (at the moment) no longer available for claiming!

#1
fandom/pairings: WWE - Kelly Kelly/Eve Torres
rating: NC-17
warnings: Femslash
summary: Eve is named Captain and receives her own ship with her own mission. While it’s not a spectacular mission, she knows she has to prove herself. But then things start happening. They’re being followed by John Cena and his crew. Every step they take, Cena figures it out easily, or is he getting help? With the love of her life, Kelly, right by her side, Eve has to find a way to get through this mission without getting killed by a jealous, raging Cena.

#2
fandom/pairings: RPF: WWE / Drew McIntyre/John Morrison, Brett DiBiase/Michael McGillicutty, Alex Riley/Sheamus, Randy Orton/Ted DiBiase
rating: NC-17
warnings: graphic sex, violence, mentions of violence
summary: Drew is the captain of a run down ship. Over some months, he finds his crew in one of his old crew from when he was a Federation officer and along the way, they pick up the rest of their crew. They become a family and grow to love and protect each other.

#3
fandom/pairings: original fiction; ofc/omc
rating: probably PG-13
warnings: violence (person v. animal); sexual situations; nothing extreme.
summary: In the not-so-distant future, genetically-engineered people
("genies") and the paranormally gifted ("pears") are the newest of
history's marginalized groups, subject to prejudice and fear from the
greater population. Following the discovery and subsequent
terraforming of a habitable planet in the constellation Libra,
political pressures against these groups mount. Citing high-minded
ideals like the expansion of the human race and preservation of
endangered species, a colonization attempt begins, and suitable
colonists drafted from the pool of people most likely to succeed in
such an endeavor. Opponents call it The Genocide Draft, but fail to
stop the movement, and so the draftees are packed off on a ship and
sent into space.

A note to authors! I always say that if you're worried about your story not getting picked because it's not a widely known or hugely popular fandom - PIMP OUT TO YOUR FRIENDS! Get a mate to sign up :)
