A few days off (finally!) and an oncoming trip
Here I am again, still alive after my daughter's 5th Birthday party last Monday! We had 20 people about the house all day, all friends and relatives, and they didn't leave until midnight. It was a field day!
Feeling a bit tired these days, so I've decided to give my mind a bit of vacation and leave work aside until next week (I've already dealt with all the urgent stuff, anyway).
I'm currently reading The Letters of Vincent Van Gogh, hoping to finish the book before I go to Amsterdam in mid-September. I'll be there to attend the IBC Broadcast Show with hubby and meet some customers, but we'll be away for four days and I've decided to take one of those days off work and play tourist by myself (hubby prefers working to going sightseeing). I've already bought my ticket for the Van Gogh Museum, and nobody will keep me away from the works of my favourite artist!
