(no subject)
Tonight is Michael's game night (that would be geek role playing, not casino gaming/gambling). He's leaving soon because he needs a hair cut. So I'm going to be alone with Erik for 5-6 hours. At least I'll have my car!! I'm planning on going to Vons to rent a movie. I might pick up something special for dinner (special = McNuggets) and we might also go to the mall or something.
Yesterday evening we went to the outlet mall. More specifically we went to the Carter's Store. I decided that Erik needed a couple of new 'nice' shirts since he only has three (and a bunch of lame t shirts that he wears around the house and to bed). They didn't have anything for Erik, but I did pick up three onsies for the baby. They are all 'boy' ones, but are cute enough that a girl could wear them if we stick something in her hair so the world knows that she is a girl (or paired them with a tiny denim skirt). So for us they are unisex.
Now that I think about it, I may take Erik to the mall to look for those nice shirts tonight. He needs a couple of hawaiian shirts like Daddy.
I hate saturday nights. Part of me wants to be really selfish and tell Michael that he can't game with his friends and that he has to stay home with me. But then Rational Rachel takes over and reminds Crazy Rachel that Michael needs man time.
