[The following transmission has been sent out to all recieving communication bands, but specifically to colonies under OZ control/influence.]
Attention, this is a warning. I am going to destroy all civilian colonies, starting with Colony 06E. So please evacuate as soon as possible. I repeat, please evacuate if you don't want to be destroyed along with the colony.
[With this message are coded blueprints for what seems to be Gundam Sandrock. Only those who are remotely good at hacking will be able to access more than a basic visual of it.]
((OOC edit: I should have made this clear, but there is nothing in this annoucement that suggests that Quatre sent this, other than the blueprints sent along with it. So people really can't go straight to the conclusion that Quatre's behind this. Sorry for the confusion.))
