Champagne for my real friends, real pain for my sham friends- Fall Out Boy
So i think i've come to a decision, i actually seem to be a pretty cool kid, when outside of West Memphis (or with people who arent from WM). I dunno, but it surely is interesting. I just can't connect with WM people, or most of them at least, and the same the other way around.
I guess it's cause i grew up with these kids and they know the old me. It would make sense... with the exception of scoot and clark, all of my friends have met me since i started high school. Blake even recently came from Forrest City. I suppose i have changed and other generic comments, but you'd think these people would have noticed.
I dunno, i dont hate west memphis, just that all the people from different towns seem so much... better. Even when i was in NYC, everyone there immediately became my friend. And now i have friends from other towns coming to see me (and scoot) and me going to other towns (jonesboro for the most part) to see other people. I like it, but it confuses me about West Memphis.
All i know is that i think that going off to college in a year will be gret for me cause then i will be able to keep the friends from WM that i want to and will be open to a whole new group of people whom i can meet and get to know. And as for my friends now, especially in those towns which happen to not be WM, you guys are rocking awesome.
