I'm alive and everything is well
I've been avoiding this journal for a couple of months now. I can't quite pin down why, but I'll occasionally log on to read friends' posts and look at how long it's been since I've last updated and for some reason I log out without ever chiming in. Which is unfortunate because sometimes it seems that I only update with the bad or the dramatic, which when I look back on makes my life seem a lot more unhappy than it actually is. I mean, for the most part I have a pretty great time - my life is more good than bad and for the most part, is pretty stable.
Some great things have happened in the last few months - my sister got married, I worked on two different shows (a wedding one that is finished and a horror one that is ongoing) and my mom came to spend Thanksgiving with us. I've been planning a trip to South America for March which I'm looking forward to. There's just been a lot of cool things that I probably should update about, but I haven't.
Oh well, I'll try to get more frequent posts in and maybe even a year end wrap up, but knowing my track record, I can't make any guarantees. We'll see I guess.
