Uncle Tom's Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe
I'm glad I finally got around to reading this book. Heavy on Christianity, yes, but very well written, in my opinion.
The Help by Kathryn Stockett
Wow, that was a good book, although I'm not sure I loved the ending. Now I'm going to watch the movie as soon as I can get it from the library.
Suspect by Robert Crais
LAPD officer suffering from PTSD partners up with former Military dog also suffering PTSD. Loved this! Quick read, great characters. Highly recommended.
What I'm reading now
The Bat by Jo Nesbo
The first Harry Hole novel. I'm liking it, although it's not the most gripping book I've ever read.
The Ghost and the Dead Deb (Haunted Bookshop Mystery #2) by Alice Kimberly
My bedtime book. It's as fun as the first book was.

My co-worker just let me borrow his copy of Killing Lincoln by Bill O'Reilly and Martin Dugard, so that.
I also have Of Long Memory: Mississippi And The Murder Of Medgar Evers by Adam Nossiter and The Monkey's Raincoat (the first Elvis Cole book) by Robert Crais checked out from the library so I'll probably get to one or both of them during this coming week.
