Tell me more about the ghost and mrs... and the Jefferson, please. I went to U.VA., so I'm always intrigued by Jefferson, but have little patience for non-fiction. I'd like to hear what you think so I know whether to try it out.

(btw, Did you read the Jefferson aloud to TJ? :D)

I really enjoyed the Ghost/McClure book. It was a reread, as I have the next two books in the series that I've never read. But it's charmingly written with pleasant characters. The ghost is Jack Shepard, a noir kinda PI who was murdered in 1949 in the bookstore that Penelope is now the co-owner of, and she 'hears' him in her head. At first she thinks she's going nuts. LOL Together they solve mysteries ( ... )

I wish I could remember, but that was about 20 years ago, and one I got from the library. :-(

I really liked the Bly book. It was short, ~100 pages because it was simply her newspaper expose put in book form, but well worth reading.

The Ghost/McClure book is fun. :-)

I'm so glad you liked Pride and Prejudice. One of my favorite books.

I'd also love to hear what you learned about Jefferson.

I wish I could manage a schedule like this. I am, however, listening to Once and Future King on Audible.

I've read P&P two or three times, at least, and have loved it every time. :-)

The Jefferson book was a disappointment to me. Others have loved it, but it just didn't keep my interest, and so I really had to push myself to finish it. And I can't even say for sure *why* I didn't like it other than I kept getting bored, so it may have just been the author's writing style that didn't suit me very well.
