Yummy yumminess

Since I've been going to the gym after work and not getting home until almost 7pm, I've started to try to make healthy, low-fat soups and stews that I can just heat up when I get home. Today, I made beef stew (mostly veggies - onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, turnip, parsnip, mushrooms - with only one pound of lean beef). Slow simmered all ( Read more... )

I know! I don't even know myself anymore. Funny thing is, I've psyched myself up into finding all the fat laden food I used to love nauseating to even contemplate. I wonder how long this will last. LOL
