I'm all pooped out
The room from hell is all cleaned out, dusted, vacuumed, and sorted. Got all the books put away - and by away I mean they've just been shoved into bookshelves until I get around to sorting them back into order. Yes, I'm one of those people who shelves my books by author. I'm thinking that if I do get around to sorting the bookshelves, I'm going to put them together by genre, too. That's how I have my paperbacks and dvds. /is anal retentive ;-)
Anyway, I made one trip to the spring clean-up dumpster yesterday with the big stuff, and then put a largish pile of boxes and stuff out for the regular g-men to pick up. I've also made three trips to the Salvation Army donation center with my car full of stuff. The two rooms upstairs look really good finally. Now all I have to do is clean my bedroom, bathroom and the hallway, and the upstairs will be spic and span. Yay!
Of course then I have to start downstairs. /weeps
Tomorrow I'm planning on cutting the grass (which means I'll have to clean out the shed first so I can get to the lawn mower) and starting on the upstairs cleaning, and then on Easter Sunday, I'm picking up my cousin and we're going to my brother's for yummy, yummy ham. :-D
