New Year's Resolutions
1. Train cat to be comfortable outside. I take her on 10 hour car drives to New York and back. She needs to learn how to be let out for a bathroom break. I know that's why she gets more mouthy toward the end of the trip.
2. Do something each month to make my apartment more of a home. Preferably, I should attempt to make one thing each month, and buy one if I can afford it. For example, for January I plan on buying 'e' and making 'b'.
a. Buy a sunflower painting for my kitchen.
b. Paint/Stain and assemble my sewing table.
c. Make turquoise curtains for the office.
d. Frame faerie calendar art and hang.
e. Buy blackout curtains for the living room.
f. Frame m.c. escher artwork and hang in bedroom.
g. Make a simple printer stand (that fits over the computer tower).
h. Buy a black bookcase for the living room.
i. Organize bedroom closet.
j. Organize office closet.
k. Drop cable line into office.
