Going to see Journey this Summer~ :D
Well...
Memorial Day weekend I'll be going to see
for the first time ever. Even though their singer isn't
the original, the new singer, Arnell Pineda (and Journey's drummer) sure sound like him.
And... I can't WAIT!
I love their songs, and have ever since I took my mom's "Greatest Hits" CD. And, listened to ALL of it.
I already wish that this semester was over, so I don't have to worry about school at all when the concert comes around.
On another note....
I was very disappointed to find out that Avenged Sevenfold wasn't coming back to Texas. At all. The closest show that they have to me is in Lafayette, Louisiana. My parents wouldn't take me all the way down their just for a concert. Period.
Anyway, even if I could--my parents wouldn't let me attend the show on a weekday. D: Hopefully, they'll come to Texas next year.
And the guys have been nominated for 7 awards...

for Best Drummer
for Song of The Year
