(Puts on the maid outfit as usual. Eyes the pair of jeans - birthday present from America - as if ready to burn it. The house [palace?] is empty, and looks as if it has been for years. Other former Soviet states pay visits only when coerced into it. Even Ukraine has excused herself from regular visits since the winter of 2004. Russia, who suffered a breakdown upon that event, is now apparently away; summering in Sochi, one would suppose. Belarus involuntarily raises an eyebrow at the thought of him still spending so much time NEARER to Ukraine.)
