Happy St Patrick's Day
I've probably got some Irish in me somewhere...
And tonight is my favourite: Corned Beef & Cabbage (**bleeeaaaaccch**). I'm guessing that if corned beef and cabbage are such the typical "Irish Dinner", that the Irish wouldn't eat it for such a great holiday. What do the Irish eat for real on special occasions? But I could be wrong... What do I know? I'm just typing just hear myself type.
