Picked up a hitchhiker. Conversation detailed where she was going/
where she lived, peace corps volunteerism, nuances of living in Zimbabwe, hypnotherapy, and the dynamics of helping others versus helping them to help themselves. Explained where I was dropping her off and how to get home from there.
Drove back to Barrington.
Delivered hitchhiker to train station.
Delivered Shira to her house.
Sat in the car and read.

Accosted by man in Jesus costume brandishing a cardboard sign that said "Jesus Loves You".

Followed police car to congregation of about a dozen squad cars at bar.
Interrogated bystanders to determine exactly what went on that warranted so many police from multiple towns. (It was a very, very lopsided brawl.)
Returned to Steak.
Observed partygoers from earlier driving drunk.
Ate, drank, and was bored.
Met an interesting highschoolmate from 3 graduating classes behind me.
Returned home.
