Soooo, I saw Thanks for smoking and it was a glorious glorious movie. I would describe it as smart. Anyways on to more important news, last night Forest said I had hair like Britney Spears and then went into his very own rendition of "hit me baby one more time". That was strange. But back by popular demand, why Leila quit her lovely new job with the "state".
I was told that I needed to be faster at putting pieces of paper in a notebook. Now I fully understand that makes me look like a moron. I know, you are sitting there thinking "why isn't Leila able to put pieces of paper in a notebook in a timely fashion?" That job was just not "me" so to speak. Let me just set the record straight my friends. I am not saying I am above the job, and I am not saying that I am above that job, buuuuuuuuuut, and I mean BIG DONKEY BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT - I did not get a college degree for an internship. I got my college degree to have a thriving career in the service industry, and stay confused about making any sort of commitment towards my future.(see earlier works "what bachelors degrees are made of: snakes, snails, and puppy dog tails")
I went to work that Friday morning everyone thought I didn't show up for. Yeah, I was there, at about 7. I had the notebooks laid out in front of me, ready to get crackin'. When the thought occurred to me that I didn't care, well not entirely. I cared for certain people such as allison. It is only because of her sweet nature and warn genuine heart that I felt a huge rush of guilt over what I had done. For that I am sorry. Other than that I did a happy dance on top of my security badge.
I said goodbye to the TN Legislature, I will never look back, but I am sure this will some how find a way to bite me in the ass later on in my life.
