Things Happen With My English Prof..

[aka the first week of college]

It was... fun...? ... nah, it was awesome! As in America-awesome!

So my subjects are Fine Arts 10, 12, and 14, English 1, PE 1, and Arkiyoloji 1 (dun ask me why the Archaeology subject is spelled in Filipino when the discussion is in English...)

Anyway, first day was wet. It fucking rained... but that's not the bad part... the bad part is when I was 30 minutes late for English class... Note to whoever cares: NASA PALMA HALL ANG ENGLISH1 THV3! WALA SA CAL! SA CAL PURO PESTENG PORTUGESE, SPANISH, ITALIAN, GERMAN, AT KUNG ANO-ANO PANG PESTENG LENGWAHE AND TINUTURO! (... yun ang pinaka-dahilan sa pagka-late ko... I was effin one BUILDING away from my actual classroom, EPIC FAILURE!)

So I was still late for my second English class this Thursday but what the heck, my English prof is awesome... UP CAN HAS A SR. FLORES TOO!!  Seriously, my awesome English prof in college is like a recreation of Mr. Flores, fourth year high math teach....And his name is Prof. Galang.... MOAR AWESOME SHIZZ!!

The college profs that I'll have to deal with this sem aren't as bad as I'd hoped... All of them are quite nice actually... The only thing I'm worried about is that the FA 12 prof kinda has huge expectations that I don't think I can fulfill... O___O

I mean, dude, yesterday the guy left us to draw basic 3D shapes in ISO-FUCKING-METRIC VIEW!!! And did I mention that it was all FREEHAND DRAWING?!?!?!

Moving on, I finally experienced rush hour... It wasn't so bad... I only had to wait 30 minutes for a  jeep to ride, and the MRT was just comfortable with people squeezed beside, in front and next to me... and I think I'll have to endure that for 5 months... Yay...

One good class is PE 1... aside from the really nice(-looking) instructor, it seems that the subject would be on the easy side... just lectures and a few simple excercises... No track and field running, handling basket/volley/soccer/tennis balls...

And what else...? Oh, and I finally experienced having to live off of Magic Flakes for one day!! and I think my stomach just receded... Isn't that great? :D

I finally got to know some of my classmates, in Fine Arts mostly coz we have, like, 3 classes together and shit... They're all quite friendly... AND ZOMG, WE HAVE A SPOKENING-DOLLARS IN FINE ARTS!! AND - AND THERE'S THIS SPOKENING-WON GUY AT ENGLISH CLASS!! HAHA~!!

I basically know how to get to my classes by now, take the jeeps and whatnot... My bag will now be forever packed with Magic Flakes (lol endorsement), and I'm expected to be home by 7:30 after class, everyday...

...Yeah.

Reason for this blog entry title is because on the first day of English, there was a demonstration/rally along Palma Hall... And according to my friend, that's pretty normal, it happens, like, everyday... And then on the second English class for the week some student outside was playing a VIOLIN while we were having classes... And on that same day, some girls passing outside the doors went, "Oh yeah, yung isang frend ko positive sa H1N1..." and everyone in the classroom totally raised and there was serious WTF expressions on them... I wonder what's in store for next week? XDDD

Hetalia is my current sustenance... remind me why I did fucking not take Kasaysayan classes again? -head desk-

...I think I'll survive college... -shot-
