AMAZING WEEKEND.
Territorial Youth Band (TYB) with my friends ranging from Alaska, Hawaii, to Montana, etc. It was sooo fricking spectacular.
It was in San Diego, and yeah I had no time to see anyone since we rehearsed all Friday night, Saturday in the day then concert in the night [Sarah, Brendan, Daniel and Matt came!!!], then church today and then left.
I was teased about Nick relentlessly on the way down, and yeah it was kind of annoying. Ever heard of a plutonic friendship? IT EXISTS BEOTCH.. considering stuff happened three years ago, hahahaaha.
Anyways, I have an infatuation finally [yessss]. His name is James Hennessy, goes to my church, senior at Rosemead High and this super-jock.. yeah, I don't usually like jocks, but he is pretty cool. We've talked for an hour or two every night the past week, and he really makes me feel happy. He does the soundboard at our church and sings in the youth chorus with me. He is incredibly handsome and funny and yessss I like him maybe. Each night after we got back to the hotel this weekend, he would call me and keep me company since we weren't allowed to leave our rooms to hang out with people [agh][James isn't in the TYB].
life is good.. my GPA for first semester isn't so hot, but I'll live.
I've been kicked in the butt severely this weekend concerning my technique with air support and pressure, but these are things I have already been working on.. I am wayy motivated haha.
my solos kicked butt all weekend, our cornet trio was quite fabulous except the ending, sooo yes great weekend.
Chapman Honor Band this weekend, then WASHINGTON DC FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN MODEL UNITED NATIONS INVITATIONAL ALLLLLL NEXT WEEK. BEOTCH YEEEUH.
I like having a boy to myself.. how do I know he is? I just do.
