what's with today, today?
so today was one of the most kick ass days i've had in a while.
sara and i went to the beach. my back is burned, but other than that i'm pretty much fine.
we had a really good conversation about guys.
some important things to note:
what has happened to honesty? do guys really think that when they stop calling girls get over it? for real, what's so bad about saying "hey, i'm just not into you"? seriously, you're not that great, you're not gonna break my fuckin heart. stop being so egotistical and grow some balls and tell me what's up. i'd rather hear it from you than hear nothing from you ever agian.
the beach was a good experience, and sara and i heard a lot of crap music that both of us love.
then tonight i went to the carnival with mary, brendan and mike, and we were joined very shortly there after by will. we had a kick ass time. we went on the swings where we met some obnoxious children. (have i mentioned lately that i hate children?) we then headed over to the ferris wheel. we met up with mary's cousin, and at that point decided that the strawberries were where it's at.
so while brendan and mary made out on the ferris wheel, mike, will, mary's cousin and i went in the strawberries. will and i turned that shit like there was no tomorrow, and after a little bit of knuckle bashing (yes, it does hurt to type...) we had that berry spinning so fast we were sure it was gonna come off it's rocker.
we then got some beers and shots at chris' and then headed to athena. mike and i both wanted to kick some stupid kids' asses, but refrained, thank jesus, and then we headed home. and for probably two hours mike and i talked in my driveway.
high five to friends.
too bad for the scary man yelling from his window the whole time, and the super weird truck that drove by, backed up, and drove by again.
also, way to see a giant ant (mike's afraid of ants?) and have a spider start to make its web on me. mmm. tasty.
today was nice.
even though i'm sort of going crazy early this summer, i finally feel alive again. i really needed this.
thanks guys, especially mike, for giving me something to do. it's really helping me out, and i'm having a really good time being alive lately.
