This baby is an example of what happens when an American Company shifts 100 years of American-based production to China. They go from being a household name that is held in high esteem to a company that turns out planned crap. This particular device works fine except that the beater roller out front doesn't have the stamina to roll unless the front is lifted off the carpet a bit. So you end up driving it with the brush pounding away ever so almost hard. That bothered me so I need to get rid of it. Free for the taking...give me a call. Jeff 206-842-5565.
