Rehash
So I've been back from Northwest youth corps for 2 1/2 weeks now. Haven't been up for updating though. What to say about it. It was intense. 46 miles in 72 hours accompanied with 8 1/2 hours of work for two of those days 16 of those miles I had a 60 lbs pack on my back, not particularly pleasant, hooray for evacuations. My other favorite experience had to be climbing into carhearts that are so wet that if you were to dunk them in the stream they would not have gotten any more wet, at 5 am when it's freezing cold outside. Definitely wakes you up. It was lots of fun though and I made some money.
School
I only have two classes until the U of O starts up and I only have one class per day. Soccer is fairly awesome, I have a game today. I got into both the classes I wanted at the university. I'm taking shakespeare and Philosophy.
The eco village rocks. Izzy is my hero, sebastian is my brother, we have cuddle puddles every night. My housemates rock my world even if I can't go barhopping with them. The cool kids I met at the wisdom show (Stu, dan, eric) come over every fucking night and a lot of times bring more cool kids with them. It's a party.
God damn I'm glad to not be at Conserve, though I miss you all tons (but Max is going to come visit me so I don't have to miss him) I miss all my Arlington buddies like none other, as always. I wish I could have spent more of my summer with you all. I won't be visiting as much this year but hopefully I will get some quality time with you all.
