Prelude to a Nightmare
Here we are on this merry-go-round of hell. Why is it that when you finally find something you like to do, it becomes harder and harder to hold down the job? When your miserable you can stay with a company for 7 YEARS!
No I didn't get fired, but they did cut my hours. I now get to show up at 11 a.m. instead of 8a.m. cutting from an 8 hour work day to a 6 (i'm not taking a 1 hour break for a 6 hour shift). This is the way the last two started, and it's right on time too... right about the 2 month mark. If everything goes as has in the past I've got about another month before they either go out of business, or get rid of me because they can't afford to keep me on.
Shit.
That would explain why I've been sick to my stomach all day for no good reason. Now I've got reason.
Looks like its time to start searching for a part timer that'll let me work 6-11p.m. or so. Maybe I should do that anyway. Get some extra money while I can.
Suffice it to say with the exception of one Exceptionally Beautiful person it's been a rather bad year for me. Anyone know how to file 5 W2's?
