I am so, so mad at myself. And I am so out of the loop.
There was a freaking drum corps show in SOUTHERN MILWAUKEE (yes, that's precisely where I am) on July 1st, WHICH I HAD OFF. The lineup wasn't great, though.
Madison Scouts (basically the reason I'm kicking myself, I LOVE the Scouts)

Pioneer (the drum section leader at Cape May SN Robinson marched Pioneer...)
And some... Open Class? Is that what Div II/III is called now?
Yup. So out of the loop.
There are two better shows coming up... and I'm working for both. One in Madison and one in Rockford, Il (the Rockford one has Phantom Regiment, Cavaliers, Blue Coats, Blue Stars AND Madison Scouts, so that would have been particularly awesome).

ETA: Because I am a glutton for punishment, I looked up the venue, and found out that it was a 20 minute public transit bus ride, with the bus going straight there. Grrrr.
