This is the intro to the show: (My Favorite part because its really true about my friends and I)
Thank you all for attending Andover High School's Second Annual Student Written and Student Directed Show. For those parents out there, you'l get where I'm coming from when I say this. Some of you may have noticed your child is special. They're not the football quarterback or the goalie of the school's varsity hockey team. We ask for a few hundred dollars a year in activity few instead of thousands in equipment. We sit in the stands at football games instead of running down the feild and we shout things like "He just kicked a touchdown at the ice rink and scored a run!" Now while  we're not all like this; some of us actually are.
We have special rules like 'No catching thing in theater' and not because its hard but because some of us physically can't. We memorize lines like "What light through yonder window break?" instead of game plans. We do jazz hands instead of spirit fingers. We belt out Broadway show tunes in stead of rapping to Nikki Manaj... Okay we do that occasionally too. We learn how to tap instead of break dance, which I'm not even going to attempt because I'll break something.
Despite all of this, there is one thing I'm certain of. In almost four years in this theater program we have gained life-long relationships that we will take with us forever, No matter where you are in college or life you will always carry the title of being a 'Theater Freak'. We're a special kind of people called...
Show People.
