so long time no see!
ok, so... i was checking my mail and i found a reply to my last entry from rachel begging me to update! so here i am!
tonight is the first night of Hannukah.
tomorrow i get to go to the mall with "the girls"
so i was standing outside of swim practice with nathan today waiting for my mom and an older man walked out of the "Y" and said "i feel soo much better" and we kinda looked at him to see if he'd explain why he said that. and he kept going saying that he's finally clean and he got to use soap and take a real shower and get clean clothes... he was carrying a ripped garbage bag full of stuff. He kept saying "God Bless Ya'll" and "Merry Christmas".. it really put me in the christmas spirit. its things like this that happen and make me realize how many things i take for granted. like showering everyday, and having clean clothes to wear. it makes me wanna help others. so ive decided to try to find a soup kitchen to volunteer at for a day over the break, if anybody wants to help me, just let me know. id love to have company!
